Manual Target Zone - BPM
This feature will allow you to select the target zone you want and what you feel is suitable for your training. You are able to select what unit you want your target zone to be displayed in, (BPM), as a percentage of your maximum heart rate, or as a percentage of your heart reserve (HRR%)
Polar Own Code
This enables you to lock in a code to transmit your heart rate training to your computer. The training computer will then be able to access your heart rate from your transmitter.
HR Based Target Zones With Visual & Audible Alarms
This is where you get in touch with your body, you can define your target zones for a training session, then based on the heart rate you had, you're then able to define the right intensity. When you are out of the preset zones an audible or visual alarm can be set up to warn you.
Average Age-Based Target Zone
Training safely and effectively is important, using this feature you are able to input your age and the computer can then calculate your age-based maximum heart rate. ( 220 minus your age)
Heart Rate BPM
The heart rate can be used as a meausrement of how much work your heart does, using this the heart rate can be expressed as a percentage of your heart reserve, meaning the dfference between your maximum heart rate and rest rate(HRR = HRmax - HRest). Then once viewed in the sofware you can see the progress in a graphic trend.
